Grow – Connect – Serve are three core values that infuse all Ridge ministries. Our goal is to provide space for you to grow spiritually, emotionally and relationally. Jesus said that the greatest commandment was to love God and the second was to love people. This means that we were designed for growth, connection and service. We believe that when these three core values are happening, we are loving God and loving people according to his design.
We desire to grow in the grace of God. Ridge ministries are specifically designed to cultivate growing deeper into God’s grace. This is why all Ridge ministries focus on the love and grace of God. We believe that true growth happens when people encounter the surprising message of God’s grace.
All of our ministries strive to connect people with God and with each other. We live in a busy world but without connection we cannot develop the roots we need to grow spiritually. We hope that you will join us as we build a community that sincerely believes in living out the “one another” commands of Scripture.
We value serving others. We believe God has called us to love people in real ways and this value is reflected in all that we do. We truly believe that the church is a family of faith. Healthy families serve one another. After you have settled in, we hope that you will find a place at The Ridge to use your God-given gifts and abilities. “The goal of our instruction is love that comes from a pure heart.” – 1 Timothy 1:5

The Ridge provides financial support to Eagles’ Wings of Grace, a local ministry for women re-entering the workforce following trauma, and also serves a monthly home-cooked meal at the Gospel Rescue Mission of Tucson Women’s and Children’s Center. The “Can We Help?” Ridge ministry offers light handyman, carpentry, home-repair, or auto-mechanic skills to those in financial or physical need. Together we build a stronger community. We have an active prayer team! To request prayer: fill out a yellow card on Sunday morning, submit a form online or, speak with our pastors or elders in person or by email, or simply ask anyone wearing a name tag on Sunday.

Technical Ministry operates sound, lights, projection, and recording each Sunday and also supports our church website, mobile app, and email groups. From setting up equipment and mixing sound to routing electronic prayer requests, “Tech” Ministry builds connections between people, drawing our community closer. We believe God inhabits the praises of His people. Our worship style is not based on music alone but on living out worship through obedience and Spiritual transformation.
